If you are a StarHub Mobile customer, you can subscribe to Call Tone service via these methods:
- Dial our Call Tones Hotline number at 9380 0000
- Press '1' to subscribe.
- Upon successful subscription you will receive a confirmation SMS.
- Dial
    and press SEND.
- Alternatively, you can contact our friendly customer care consultants at 1633.
If you are not a StarHub Mobile customer yet, when signing up for your mobile line, you can request to subscribe to Call Tones service at any StarHub Shop or StarHub Preferred Partner outlet.
If you are already a Call Tones subscriber, to browse and purchase new Call Tones, you can:
- Dial our Call Tones Hotline number at 9380 0000
- Press '1' to browse and purchase new Call Tones.
- Press '1' to start listening to the 10 Call Tones.
- Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
- Visit our website at www.starhub.com/calltones.
- Login with your Gee! ID.
- Click on "Genre" to browse and preview the Call Tones.
- Once you have decided on the Call Tone, click on "Purchase"
To manage your Call Tones personal library, you can:
- Dial our Call Tones Hotline number at 9380 0000
- To set to play all your Call Tones randomly:
- Press '2' to access personal library.
- Press '1' to set to play random.
- To set default Call Tone:
- Press '2' to access personal library.
- Press '2' to listen to all purchased Call Tones.
- Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
- To delete Call Tone:
- Press '2' to access personal library.
- Press '2' to listen to all purchased Call Tones.
- Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
2. Visit our website at www.starhub.com/calltones.
- Login with your Gee! ID.
- Select "My Call Tones" to access and manage your Call Tones in your personal library.
